How to run Netscape Directory server 4.x and Netscape Administration service as non LOCAL SYSTEM

Steps:
1. Stop the "Netscape Administration Server" and the "Netscape Directory Server 4.x" service
	"If you run Netscape Directory Synchronization Service, if needs to run as SYSTEM"
2. Create a normal user
3. Add the "Log on as a Service" User Rights for the user
4. Add the new user to the C:\Netscape Directory with full permissions to all subdirectories
5. Add the new user to the HKLM\SOFTWARE\Netscape registry key with full permissions to all subkeys
6. In the "Netscape Administration Server" and the "Netscape Directory Server 4.x" change the "Logon as"
option and put your new user with is password in the fields.
7. restart the "Netscape Directory Server 4.x" service
8. restart the "Netscape Administration Server" service
